The Asheville Wine & Food Festival is back for their ninth year! Join hundreds of foodies from around the nation Aug. 18 – 19 for an incredible adventure of local, regional, national culinary eats, wines, beer and handcrafted artisanal foods.
This year, the Asheville Wine & Food Festival has moved from the US Cellular Center to the beautiful outdoor venue of Pack Square Park in Downtown Asheville.
Festivities begin on Friday at 11 a.m. with celebrity pitmaster Christopher Prieto and continue through Saturday with a smorgasbord of culinary creativity, decadent desserts, demonstrations, and a chance to meet authors, farmers, chefs, winemakers and brewers.
Late Saturday afternoon brings a time to savor your sweet side. “Sweet & Savory” kicks off at the Renaissance Ballroom at 4 p.m. with and array of sweet desserts and savory dishes.
